Job description
Are you an experienced paralegal with a passion for family law? Join Equivity!
Key Responsibilities:
Draft legal documents, including letters, pleadings, motions, and affidavits.
Manage and maintain case files, ensuring documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel professionally.
Assist attorneys with hearing and trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and coordinating witnesses.
Provide administrative support, including scheduling and managing calendars.
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and case management.
About You:
3+ years of experience in family law, with expertise in drafting legal documents and managing case files.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, video conferencing platforms, and legal research tools.
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
Work remotely with your own laptop and smartphone with broadband internet access.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
3+ years of recent paralegal experience in family law.
Availability to respond to requests within an hour, 9 AM - 6 PM, Monday – Friday.
