Job description
Join Equivity, a leading provider of specialized virtual assistance services in the US, as a seasoned paralegal specializing in Probate.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft legal documents, manage case files, and assist with trial preparation.
Communicate with clients, court personnel, creditors, and other relevant parties.
Prepare asset lists, inventories, and accountings.
Review wills and trusts and coordinate with financial professionals.
Provide general administrative support in Probate matters.
About You:
3+ years of recent paralegal experience in Probate Law.
Experience preparing pleadings, motions, petitions, and guardianship applications.
Proficient with estate planning and probate software (e.g. Wealth Counsel).
Skilled in practice management software (e.g. Clio).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Tech-savvy with experience using video conferencing platforms.
Have your own Windows laptop and smartphone with internet access.

Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
3+ years of recent paralegal experience in Probate law.
Experience with asset inventories, financial coordination, and correspondence with clients and creditors.
Availability to respond within an hour, 9 AM - 6 PM, Monday – Friday.
Quiet location for phone calls.
